  1. 7 pairs of each. Have fun!!

  2. 3 to 4 nice outfits.  Just make sure you have a washer where you are going.

  3. 3 sandals or sneakers and 5 shorts

  4. I think you should pack atleast 8 to ten of each and bring a couple pairs of pants and dress clothes in case you go out. It all really depends on the activities you will be doing cause if your not getting dirty or sweating your t shirts will still be clean. Have a great trip though. Souns like alot of fun!

  5. Pack a couple shorts, jeans, tshirts... forsure get a jacket, it might not rain but some nights might be a little windy.

Remember you have to get shots to go the Amazonas.

  6. If you will be in and out of the jungle I suggest you pack cargo pants too...just my opinion (Make sure the fabric of your clothes is resistant and won't tear that easily).

If you will be washing your clothes pack three shorts and around seven shirts, pack lots and lots of mosquito repellent, hiking boots (there are snakes in the jungle my friend...and all kinds of spiders and weird jungle bugs) a pair of sandals, a windbreaker, a poncho, two hats or caps, and two long sleeved tops (just in case it gets cold at night) a sweater and a bathing suit (never go on a trip without the last two items).

Even in places with tropical weather temperatures might be lower at night.

  7. Well, Peru is subtropical though.

It's like Florida in the fall so pack 4 pairs of shorts and t-shirts.

    and 3 tanktops.

    Don't forget sunscreen.

  8. If you're allergic to mosquito bite (I'm allergic to that), forget about shorts, You can take a couple of cargo pants (which most of the tourists wear in the jungle and you can wear them in Lima also, keeping in mind that it'll be cold there). You won't like to be resting with a swollen leg because of the puncture that got infected. Don't forget  lots of  insect repellent containing DEET.

Forget about sandals, get waterproof boots (Timberland works great) you'll find places with lots of mud.

For 2 weeks, I'd say, 1 short (in case)2 cargo pants, 2 short sleeve t-shirts, 1 long sleeve t-shirt.Enough if the purpose of the trip is adventure and not fashion show.
