enough to shut down your kidneys forever! Acet...Tylenol is the worst thing to "pretend" to OD on, becaue it WILL kill you. There is no 'reversing' drug if you mess it up, like with an opiate (use Narcan to counteract.) At doses low enough to fake a problem- you will HAVE a problem! Use something else.

No amount of paracetamol will make you faint. What a stupid way to get attention. If your not even trying to kill yourself, why do you want to waste health resources (ie. my tax money) on some childish attention-seeking?
