I've been doing research on Italy because I'm trying to go on a study abroad trip this semester. I love reading everyone's comments/questions/advice/facts/informat... and stories about Italy here on Yahoo! Answers.

I was just wondering...just for fun- are you going to go to Italy this spring/summer? and when? I am in July!

Hope you all have fun in Italy! :-)

  1. I'm going! Of course I'm going, I go every summer. I love Italy and you should be really excited about your study abroad program, I plan on studying there as well.

I'll be there from July 4th through August 7th with my best friend. And 4 other close friends will be coming for a couple weeks as well. And of course my family will be there.

Where is your program located? You should definitely take the time while you're there to travel around the country!

  2. have a look at this site: http://home.manana.it

It talks about an apartment in Genoa, but gives you also a lot of details about the city. You might enjoy reading it. It's approx 100 pages with a lot of images and description.

There are also plenty of links to other sites of interest. Enjoy !

  3. i'm italian too, wellcome in italy when u'll become here;-)

  4. I'm italian, i already live here ehehe.. =p

  5. For me maybe next year....Buon Viaggio!!!

  6. not me

  7. I am going with the Latin program at my school in June! I can't wait! My brother went back-packing through Europe, but mostly Italy, a few years ago, and he LOVED it!

  8. If it´s not for travelling, you will love it in that date!

I am from Spain, travelled there last summer.

  9. We're going to the Lakes in June - have booked a night at the Opera in Verona (Verdi) and planned the usual trip to get ripped off in Venice!

A word of caution - don't even think of having a coffee in or around St. Mark's Square unless you take out a mortgage first!
