Where is that then, what you going nick everyone who lights up. I wish there was. But for me now i will stay in and invite people over the governments loss and pub owners. i've got a feeling that anywhere can 'get away' with it as long as they declare themselves a private members club and follow whatever legalities come with that...

has the landlord managed to get his pub listed as a palace as these are exempt from the new law or is it called the palace . good luck Any way and may be some one might find a loophole just like them lot that like hunting.
