  1. I'm getting married in June, and we are both going to have 5. Of course, it was easier for me to pick who I wanted to be in it! I would think you would want your bridal party to be proportionate to the number of guests you will have. You wouldn't want to have 10 on each side, and then only have 50 people at your wedding! Remember, you don't have to have everyone you have ever been friends with in your bridal party as well. I was so excited when I got engaged, I asked people right away, and now I regret asking one of the girls (long story)!! Make sure you pick people that will support you and the things you want for your wedding! Good luck!

  2. We had three attendants each (best man and two groomsmen, maid of honor and two bridesmaids). So six total.

But we also didn't have a huge wedding either, about 70 guests in all.

  3. We had one best man and one matron of honor.  That was enough for us.  Do what's right for you, though I must say that I find huge wedding parties ridiculous.

  4. we had 8 on each side..so sixteen..and including the flower girl...so 17 people not including the bride and groom..

  5. As many as you'd like and can afford to have. Some people have 16 or more people in the wedding party, other's settle for just 2. It's really your choice! If you are having an informal ceremony I'd go with just 2: a Maid of Honor and a Best Man, but if you are having a more formal ceremony then go with 4 or more. Good luck! I hope this helps.

  6. 1 maid of honor

    4 bridesmaids

    1 best man

    4 groomsmen

    2 flower girls

    1 ring bearer

    2 pages

  7. 1 Matron of Honor

    4 Bridesmaids

2 Other Female Attendants (Flower girl and special Hindu ceremony girl)

    1 Brother of the Bride

    2 Best Men (brothers)

    3 Groomsmen

    2 Ringbearers

3 Sisters of the groom (for a special Hindu ceremony)

    So...the grand total is...18

    LOL!

  8. 4 bridesmaids and 4 groomsmen.  8 total.

No flower girl or anything, I want to discourage children from attending my wedding, because I think open bar receptions aren't really "family" gatherings, so inviting one to walk down the aisle before me seems silly.

  9. 1 MOH, 1 best man, 3 bridesmaids, 3 groomsmen, 1 flower girl, and 1 ring bearer

  10. I think it all depends on your budget. Depending on your budget you caneither have a huge party or a small cute family wedding :)

  11. 1 MOH

    1 BM

    3 Bridesmaids

    3 Groomsmen

    1 Jr. Bridesmaid

    1 Jr. Groomsmam

    1 Flower girl

    1 Ring bearer (our son)

1 Jr. Flower girl (our daughter)

  12. My fiance' and I have a large wedding party at 15, no counting ushers. We are blessed with amazing friends, and I have two wonderful sisters. The day simply wouldn't be the same without them standing with us, or playing their roles. I don't think there really is any rule on how many you can/should have, but I must admit I thought a lady with twelve bridesmaids was over-the-top.

    Our Attendant List:

    1 Maid of Honor

    1 Matron of Honor

    5 bridesmaids

    1 Best Man

    6 groomsmen

    1 Flowergirl

    We're considering ringbearer alternatives.

  13. I am having My best friend as the Made of honor, my soon to be husband is have his best friend as his best man, and we have four kids so his two daughters are the Jr Bridesmaids, my son is the ring bear and we have one daughter together so she is the flower girl. Also My step dad and my dad are giving me away.

  14. We had a MOH and three bridesmaids; Best Man and three groomsmen.
