I don't want to sound like a smart butt but my answer is way way too many. I drink at home and never leave the house after 1 beer, could be me or someone else and it's not worth it for me.

Bob-- the questions it this -- Do you drive after consuming alcohol beverages.   If you do the DUI will cause a lot of problems for your life after the fine is paid and your out of the holding tank...  If you wanted to join the military they will not let you sign up with a fellony record of DUI... Is one example...

1 is too many. My sister was killed by a drunk driver. She left behind 3 boys the youngest was only 6.

The worst thing about it was the drunk driver never did a day in jail. All he was required to do was pay some fees (which didn't even come close to paying for the funeral:( Those boys should have had some type of payment for their loss. It makes me sick.
