    a team can have up to 23 players + goalies.

  3. It changes from Reg Season to Playoffs on the Roster size but not how many dress for the game!

    Reg Season-  12 forwards, 6 Dmen, 2 goalies dress every game ( 3 healthy scratches are carried also)

    Playoffs- 12 forwards, 6 Dmen, 2 golaies dress every game and up to 5 healthy roster sratches are carried

    A NOTE- A Team could dress 11 forwards and 7 Dmen if they wanted..... its a total of 18 skaters and 2 goalies that dress.. I just gave you the standard that most teams go with
