How many people are single parents out there?

If a man lays down with a women, but tells her he does not want a kid, do you fell she has the right to keep the baby and go after child support even tho they agreed that neither one of them want a kid together. Should she keep the baby and raise it by herself or get child support and break the original verbal agreement?

  1. It takes two to conceive a child but only one to decide to choose to have it or not.

    Legally, the courts will almost always side with the woman when it comes to family court.  Men should smarten up and realize that no matter what agreement you have with a woman, it can be broken.  In addition, the girl might not even really be on birth control in the first place.

    Use protection regardless.

  3. She should get child support. If I'm not mistaken it takes two to have s*x, so both are responsible for the child.
