How many people are tired of neighbors letting dogs bark and bark?

I hope I have finally after 18 months got my neighbor to control her dogs. She has 2 fox terriers. These dogs just barked at anything and everything. I finally after talking to her several times wrote her a letter with copies of the state and local laws in it and mentioned that next step will be calling the council with a diary and recordings.

These dogs were seriously affecting my life, I got very little sleep, could not hear my TV or hear conversations with friends. It was making me sick I even had to defer studying. I kept imaging myself strangling the dogs. Not that I would but it often crossed my mind at 3am.

I have lived in a few places where neighbors don't seem to give a d**n about other people. It just makes me so angry that people can do this to others.

This time it has seemed to work almost 2 days without them barking.
