  1. Graphs, tables, and statistics below. That will be $19.95 please (just kidding, that is a free site, not meant to be confusing)

  2. i think most of them

    about 75% buy organic

    15%processed &10%buy local

  3. I buy processed organic food.   MMMMMM food...

  4. i worked in an organic shop for about a year, i eat mostly organic produce and buy the organic processed foods wherever possible, i supplement the rest of my diet with regular shop items. Not only does the food taste better, but i have peace of mind and the full nutritional value of whatever i am consuming... it is also important for me that i am providing my family with a decent quality diet!

  5. I buy about 75% organic/local, about 25% regular "traditional" grocery store sources.

Other places to check for specific data could be markets/organizations such as

    Trader Joes

    Whole Foods

    USDA

try plugging them into a search engine

  6. the u.s food and drug should have these stats.  some grocery stores and natural food producers have the same.  first start with the feds.  Good luck.
