i worked in an organic shop for about a year, i eat mostly organic produce and buy the organic processed foods wherever possible, i supplement the rest of my diet with regular shop items. Not only does the food taste better, but i have peace of mind and the full nutritional value of whatever i am consuming... it is also important for me that i am providing my family with a decent quality diet!

I buy about 75% organic/local, about 25% regular "traditional" grocery store sources.

the u.s food and drug should have these stats.  some grocery stores and natural food producers have the same.  first start with the feds.  Good luck.
