How many people can be on a colorguard team

sometimes it depends on how large the marching band is.  a bigger band will still look good with lots of color guard but a small band won't need very many.  but really there isn't a set number.

when I was on color guard in high school, the coach decided that with the marching band having 175 members, the color guard should have about 32.  o.o  32 girls spending 6 hours a day 5 days a week for summer practice, plus the cliques that form plus the synced periods equals more dramaz than you need.  ever.

I don't think there is techniquily a limit unless the people in charge set one.
