Depends where you are located. In BC as a novice driver you are allowed 1 non-family member in the vehicle and as many family members as you have seat belts. Check with your local license branch that issued your license as this is the ONLY answer that counts!!!!

I believe as long as there is a selt belt for every passenger, your fine. Just be home when your suppose to! Be careful.
