How many people can speak spanish in the usa not including hispanic?

64% if the population speaks Spanish.

14.8% is Hispanic.  Doesn't mean all hispanics speak Spanish though.

64-14.8 (well pretend they all speak it for now)= 49.2%

Well, a lot of people I know do not speak Spanish, and I live in America. I hate spanish! The only people who speak spanish are mexicans
