  1. it really depends a standard room normally can fit up to 4 but when you get a suite ive seen 6 in a room, and when you divide the cost it works out not that bad of a price... but really every cruise line and ship is different you have to check out the ships deck plans and they normally have all the right info that you need on stuff like this....(on there website)

  2. Normal cabins sleep 2 people in twin beds in either an L shaped configuration are normal twin configuration which can be put together to make a double if requested. (2 people)

Some cabins have 2 beds with 2 bunk beds which are folded away during the day (4 people).

Junior suites sleep 2 or 4 people and larger suites can sleep 6.

You can also get cabins with connecting doors which could sleep 4, 6 or 8 people.

Normally the minimum is 2 people per cabin because there are not many, if any, cruise lines have single cabins.

Single cruisers pay a premium rate for their cabin.

  3. I have personally had 4 in a cabin and it was tight, anything more than 2  or 3 is very close quarters. WE had 3 in a Balcony room last May and it was comfortable, we were on the Legend. On RCL we has 2 in a room, 1 room had 3 and frankly 2 was pretty close quarters.

  4. Depends on ths ship and cruiseline. I ship with Royal Caribbean however, and their cabin rooms hold up to 4 peopl, but some of thier ship have connecting rooms.

  5. Sleep or have s*x?

  6. I have slept four in a room on Carnival three times.  It was cramped, but not bad for a vacation.  I understand that on RCCL ships the rooms are smaller and four in a standard room is smaller and very cramped with three or four people.  I have also heard rumors that Carnival is no longer going to be booking five people to a room, but limiting it to four.

  7. Standard cabins sleep two, three or four.  The third  or fourth person will sleep either on a sleeper sofa or a bed that comes out of the ceiling.  Here is a link showing the beds that come out of the ceiling ...

  8. depending on what you ask for but if you get more than three than it is way too crowed . even though they have the pull down beds on the side of the room. when we went on one trip we met someone who had 4 in their room two adults ans two kids and they said it was so tight in there but they did make the best of it but when we travel i need all the room i can get so i place things every where.

  9. Four in a quad cabin on Royal Caribbean at the most. Five in a cabin at the most on Carnival.
