How many people cry to show their sad feelings?

my mom gets mad at me when i do this but for me it is a way for expressing my feelings

Cry is a normal reaction which is healthier than not cry by suppressing your feeling inside. You mom should not get mad at you.

If your doing it on purpose then it is fake. If it happens out of your heart then you can't help it.

It depends on the situation for me. I don't cry over every little thing, but I have to cry every once in awhile.

If u feel sad is completely normal that you express your feelings with tears, every person is different and ur mom need to understand it

I used to cry when I got yelled at just to get away with getting in trouble, but they eventually found out my secret.

If you're crying to show sad feelings, then you're trying to tell us something;

You're hurting, lonely, upset, or just need to talk, or be hugged.

Whatever your reason is, it's valid.  Do you have depression?

If so, let your doctor know.  It could be as simple as a change in your diet or exercise.

i cry when im mad too even when im happy and sad or if i laugh really hard.lol

Whenever I'm experiencing a high degree of emotion, I cry.  It doesn't matter if I'm sad, happy or angry.  The emotions are just so strong that they come out my eyeballs.

I cry too. I cry when I get mad, I don't know why it's sort of a self reaction I get.
