  1. Thousands, and hundreds of years. The whole idea was/ is a concept in progress.

    I am saying that if there were no Socrates, there would be no constitution. all the way throughout history, the idea was growing and forming new practical applications. The Magna carta was the single greatest leap of it's time.

    Once again had there been no magna carta we would still have a king.


  2. There were 39 delegates to the Constitutional Convention who signed the document, including the presiding officer George Washington of Virginia.
