    Perhaps if it ended the other way there would be less drunks driving!

  7. Yes a lot will. But a lot of people will also die from people who are concentrating on their cell phone conversation instead of the road. Discussing your work with your boss or customers, or arguing with your spouse or kids, or discussing your mortgage with the bank should not be done while driving.

  8. too many... people dont see the consequences of having a drink then driving.. its terrible..and such a waste of lives.

  9. 50 plus maybe just in the town you live in!!!  Several THOUSANDS of innocent people die each year from accidents caused by drunk drivers!!

    One person dying this way is too much - there is NO excuse for driving when drunk - no excuse.  There are phones, taxis, friends, hotels, and you have your own two feet - getting in a vehicle while impaired is just plain selfish and stupid.

  11. You are overlooking drugged drivers, including weed, which some want legalized like during prohibition of alcohol.

    The number of impared drivers in accidents is said to be at least HALF.  Similarly half the criminals caught are legally drunk at time of arrest!!!

    DUI will be considered a "folk crime" until a drunk kills your loved one!
