How many people does it need to be to make a reservation at hooter party?

i will have like around 10 or 15 people. i'm not really sure if some are going for my birthday because sometimes things happen like a day from my birthday, i'm afraid some will be like "i can't make it, i got some busy stuff to do" so i'm not really SURE. even though i ask some of them, they say they are positive and some say i'll try. so yeah. if so, do i just called hooter near my place and tell them to reserve the place and the day? i'm new at this.

try to reserve one extra seat

You need to call them, and ask, some hooter's won't take resevervations anymore.  but will do call-ahead seating.

Make your reservations, for 15 and don't worry about if they show or not. Enjoy your self...don't sweat the little things...
