How many people does someone have to kill to qualify as a mass murderer?

Also I was thinking that if there was a mass murderer who killed people based on their weight and only in the state of Massachusetts, then they would be The Mass Mass Mass Murderer.

ik believe it is five i know its defenitly a serial killer but im sure its the same
