How many people have fantasies about pregnant women?

I'm not ready for a child yet, but I look forward to my wife being pregnant for several reasons. One reason is I hope that she's one of the women that want to have s*x during pregnancy. I think there is something just so s**y about a pregnant woman.

I think men find pregnant women s**y because they can't get "more pregnant" :)  In our young adult lives we constantly worry about unwanted pregnancy, so a pregnant woman is "safe".
