Start with how many were there when you were born. Add locker rooms, doctors. Family members. 105 is a lot. But you might be surprised how fast these others add up.

That depends on your job and hobbies.  For example, anyone on a sports team will probably have showered with lots everyone on their team.  

If you mean in a personal, sexual way, than that does seem like a large number, although if you're in your 40s (and not married), it doesn't seem unreasonable.

Do you mean other than doctors, family, and gym locker rooms?  If so, then I'd approximate that 10 have had the privilege of watching me change, 5 have seen me partially naked under other circumstances, and of those, 3 have seen me completely naked.
