Of these, Apollo 1 experienced a fire which killed its crew before lifting off.

Apollo 2 - 6 were unmanned experiments

Apollo 7 - 10 were manned experiments

Apollo 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17 were all manned flights to the moon. Apollo 13 experienced an equipment malfunction and had to abort the landing.

Each of the Apollo missions had two man crews for the lunar lander. So if 6 flights to the moon had 2 man crews, then 12 men have walked on the moon
