1) The Prophet (PBUH and HF) said: "Even if the entire duration of the world's existence has already been exhausted and only one day is left (before the day of judgment), Allah will expand that day to such a length of time, as to accommodate the kingdom of a person from my Ahlul-Bayt who will be called by my name. He will fill out the earth with peace and justice as it will have been full of injustice and tyranny (by then)."

2) The Prophet (PBUH and HF) said: "al-Mahdi is one of us, the members of the household (Ahlul-Bayt)."

Reference: Sunan Ibn Majah, v2, Tradition #4085

3) The Prophet (PBUH and HF) said: The Mahdi will be of my family, of the descendants of Fatimah (the daughter of the Prophet (PBUH)).

References:

Sunan Abu Dawud, English version, Ch. 36, Tradition #4271 (narrated by Umm Salama, the wife of the Prophet)

Sunan Ibn Majah, v2, Tradition #4086

4) The Prophet (PBUH and HF) said: "We (I and my family) are members of a household that Allah (SWT) has chosen for them the life of the Hereafter over the life of this world; and the members of my household (Ahlul-Bayt) shall suffer a great affliction and they shall be forcefully expelled from their homes after my death; then there will come people from the East carrying black flags, and they will ask for some good to be given to them, but they shall be refused service; as such, they will wage war and emerge victorious, and will be offered that which they desired in the first place, but they will refuse to accept it till they pass it to a man from my family (Ahlul-Bayt) appears to fill the Earth with justice as it has been filled with corruption. So whoever reaches that (time) ought to come to them even if crawling on the ice/snow since among them is the Vice-regent of Allah (Khalifatullah) al-Mahdi."

  1. No as a Muslim i don't believe in your Imam Mahdi who is coming back and he was on the earth bla bla bla...and who is going to kill me as a Muslim(Sunni)..

we believe in a leader a normal Person will born for a normal women and he hasn't all this powers.

we believe in return of Jesus(PBUH) and he is Only who is still Alive

    Like Shias and Ahmadis ...

  2. As its explained in various hadith ,we muslim believe in Mahdi .

But there are many signs of mahdi r explained in hadith.

so according to those signs shias twelveth imam and mirza qadyani don't fit in that frame .

mirza qadyani has no similarity with the madi explained in Hadith.

so who ever believes in him is not muslim according to whole ummah

  3. nonsense

    lol

  4. Imam Mahdi and Messih are actually one and the same person with two different titles.  Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) fulfilled the Quranic and Hadeeth prophacies of Imam Mahdi and Messih and made the claim to be Mahdi and Messih over 100 years ago.

Alhumdolillah Muslims who have recognized him are blessed with unity, peace, and a Khalifa.

So yes, I most certainly believe that Mahdi will come as Messih, to unite Muslims and bring about a peaceful revolution in the world.

Based on the Hadeeth, we Ahmadi Muslims understand Messih and Mahdi to be two titles given to the same person. This is a veiw accepted by severeal well accepted scholars. Also, there are well documented authentic Hadeeth clarifying as such. While some Hadeeth explain two seperate roles for Mahdi and Messih, others indicate they are one and the same person. Hence, it is more logical to assume they are the same person and recognize the hadeeth indicating different roles to also be accomplished by the same person.

    Allow me to explain.

    For example.

The following Hadeeth provide clear evidence that in fact Mahdi and Isa (as) will be two titles held by the same person..

“It is just possible that he who lives of you might meet Jesus the son of Mary WHO IS THE MAHDI and a just judge. He will break the cross and kill the swine…” (Masnad Ahmad bin Hanbal, Vol. II, p. 411, related by Hazrat Abu Huraira (ra))

“The Mahdi is NO OTHER than the Messiah.” (Ibn Maja, Kitab-ul-Fitan, Babu Shiddatizzamanni; Mustadrak)

This above Hadith was narrated by Muhammad bin Khalid Jundi on the authority of Aban bin Saleh who related it on the authority of Hasan Basri who related it on the authority of Hazrat Anas bin Malik (ra) who heard it from the Holy Prophet (saw).

Ibn Khaldun states, “Ibn Abi Wateel and Shaiba have said that there has been discussion about the Mahdi being the Messiah who would be from the progeny of the Holy Prophet (saw). I would like to say that this view is held by Sufis too. They base their view on the Hadith ‘La Mahdi Illah Isa –There is no Mahdi but Jesus (as)’, meaning Mahdi and Messiah would be from the Ummah of the Holy Prophet (saw).” (Tarikh Ibn Khaldun Vol. I, p. 273)

“How would it be with you when the son of Mary will descend among you and you will have a leader raised from among you?” (Bukhari, Kitabul-Anbiya, Ch. Nazul Isa bin Maryam, #3449, published by Darus Salam, Riyadh, 1997)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah (ra) narrarated the Holy Prophet (saw) said, “What will be your situation, when the Son of Mary will descend among you and who will perform the duties of your Imam.” (Muslim, Kitabul Iman Vol. I, p. 137)

So based on all these hadeeth, it is quite clear that Mahdi and Isa will be two titles given to one person whom Allah will raise from amongst the Muslims themselves.  That person was Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as)

love for all, hatred for none

  5. Do muslims EVER wonder why...?

the Torah written thousands of years before Islam was started, openly declared Isaac to be the rightful son of the covenant, the Jews as the chosen people, and the eternal covenant between God and the Jews...was suddenly overturned by muhammad's encounter in the Hira cave?

I mean, I know why muslims believe in muhammad, but do muslims spend time thinking about why would a God who spent thousands of years writing the scriptures through tens of prophets and thousands of witnesses SUDDENLY turn around and appear to a person who neither had the miraclous nor prophetic powers to prove his anointment and claim all previous revelations or records as corrupted.

That Isaac was not the rightful heir, that the Jews are now discarded as the chosen, and the covenant is no longer eternal.

Seriously. As a muslim, do you spend time thinking of the probability of a God who would turn against His people whom He had taken 40 years to personally lead across the desert to Canaan, manifesting great miracles...only to bring up a man as a final and last prophet yet already disqualified by God’s previous prophets and chose a totally different community to be the chosen.

So, this God is trying to prove Himself as unreliable, to go even against His own will, unable to keep previous scriptures intact yet surprisingly able to keep the final one intact (according to muslims), but wasted thousands of years only to bring up ONE FINAL prophet?

Does anyone here with an IQ of 100 and above seriously believe God to be this dumb or is it only the dumb people who seriously believe God to be as dumb as them?

    .
