Don't know -- 1 is too many especially when the person prior to drinking are well aware of what they are about to do -- one evening because a driver felt that it was not a problem for him to drink and get on the freeway killed a woman and her three children -- his excuse, he had a migraine headache and didn't realize that he was going the wrong way on the freeway -- never dawn on him all of the read lights staring at him the cars blowing their horn to get his attention -- a husband with a wife and 3 daughters in a split second all gone -- please, please don't drink and drive
