  1. he is over rated and i hate him

  2. He is not overated when he plays up to his potential the problem is he rarely does. He has an attitude problem which he worked out last year with the Patriots. As long as the Patriots can keep him happy and keep him wanting to play he will be a beast. Minnesota could no longer motivate him and get him to want to play so he slacked off. Same thing happened in Oakland. Him and T.O. might as well be twin brothers. If you can keep them focused and wanting to do their job no one can stop them. As soon as they loose their passion they just phone it in and don't give it their best.

  3. shut up yr just mad bc hes not playing for the vikes anymore and hes not overrated u idiot hes the best WR in the league right now u dumbasss

  4. He's pretty darn good.

  5. everyone includin me

  6. He is a pretty d**n good receiver, you got that right, but its sad that he is only good at running the deep routes....

  7. First of all, the Vikings didn't "let him go".  They traded him for Napoleon Harris (had 116 tackles for the Chiefs last year) and the #7 overall pick in the NFL draft.  I'm terribly sorry that your GM took the illustrious Troy Williamson with the pick.  And you also got Adrian Ward, who got cut in training camp.  But that is definitely not Randy Moss' fault.

So the Vikings actually received a very fair deal for Moss.  The players they received just all happened to suck while they were in Minnesota.

  8. the whole Patriots team...without Brady they suck just like the 49ers

  9. The Vikings let him go because of his attitude.  If you ignore the person and just look at the production, there's no way he's overrated.

    Rookie record 17 tds.

Third all time yards as a rookie.

    4th all time receiving tds.

5 seasons with 13+ tds (third most all time).

3 seasons 17+ tds (most all time).

    4 time All-pro.

    Fastest to 120 receiving tds.

  10. Not overrated, he just has excellent hand / eye coordination, runs great routes, knows how to break out and scores touchdowns. It's just everyday work for him. Definitely deserves recognition. HOF for sure.

  11. Though I freely admit to an anti-Patriot bias that makes me firmly believe the WORST out of any New England players, I have to agree with you.  Brady and Moss do seem to have some weird symbiosis going on, but Moss has always seemed to just be an idiot to me.  I'd rather have Harrison, Wayne, Owens...the list goes on and on.

Let the Pats keep losing like they have in the pre-season this year (no, I don't think it'll happen, but I can hope!!) and we'll see just exactly how much of a "team player" Moss really is.  If it does happen, by Week 7, Moss will be complaining and wanting to leave.

  12. I don't think is he is overrated, but I think Steve Smith is a little better.

  13. ME (COWBOYS FAN)

  14. He caught the most TD passed in NFL history last year. I don't think he is over-rated. I think you are bitter.

  15. first ballet hall of famer.

  16. If you think Randy Moss is over rated you are a fool. He had his moments where he was an attention w***e and full of himself. He has matured a lot more while being with the Patriots and doesn't take all the pride to himself. Whether or not you think he is full of himself or even if you don't, he is simply one of the best to ever play.

  17. I don't think he's overrated he just haven't  been the model citizen that we would have like

  18. Randy Moss is a great receiver when he plays for a winning team,it also helps playing in the weakest division of the NFL,he did nothing in Oakland but pouted and complain, eventually just quiting on the team.Green Bay should have gone after him, while he was available, that way,the Packers would have had two whiners in the team,Brett Favre and Randy Moss
