Went to the theater to see it. I love John Denver and George Burns.

Was it not ahead of its time.? I just remember all of us in the theater so quiet after the lights cam up & I could see the wheels spinning in our heads. What if?

I thought it was pretty funny. I loved George Burns -- he was a great actor and a decent human being. John Denver was a great singer and a decent human being too.

It was a good movie with some great characters. John Denver, George burns and  Teri Garr.

In teresting that Teri played a Wife to John Denver  who has conversations and meetings face to face with GOD!

Then she plays a wife to Richard Dryfus who has to have a "close encounter of the third kind in Wyoming!

Then she plays the girlfriend of Dustin Hoffman who dresses in Drag  in Tootsie!

I'd give up on the dating scene if I was her!
