Ever? I don't know. But it's pretty good in terms of weather. Not the best place when one is talking about pollution, traffic, etc.

Have to say U.K is my fav.....Florida is nice.  I found Califirbua was not very clean.

It depends on what you want.  If you like crowded schools, high taxes, high property prices, high competition for jobs, traffic, pollution and expensive goods - YES

But, it offers nice weather, outdoor activities, beaches, trendy, etc.
