How many people vist Joya de Cerén each year?

It is an archaeological site in El Salvador. I need to know for my Spanish project how many people visit it each year. Thanks!

  1. On an average weekend, you get about 400 people going through the archeological site.  During the week, it is much smaller, but it includes some class field trips.  Around 700 people a week visit Joya de Cerén.

    There are 10 structures that have been unearthed, out of 18 estimated structures.  Many of these excavations are off-limits to visitors as archeologists are actively working on them.  Instead, they go to the museum on site.
