Do any of you who are registered to vote in your community attend meetings, get involved in local issues, volunteer in local campaigns, and more importantly, go out and vote in local elections? If not, may I ask "Why?"

  1. Yes.  Local elections will affect my daily life much more than national ones.

  2. I don't attend meetings because I don't have time, and I don't know where and when they are.  I've just recently been able to vote, and there haven't been any local campaigns to get involved in.

  3. I don't bother voting in local elections because my job is more important to me than theirs
