Not nearly as many as last time.  People learned their lesson.  Only about 10,000 are left in the city at this point, many of whom are in the higher-ground Uptown area.

i dont think that it is anybody left down there.  i live about 200 miles away, and the interstate  going north is bumper to bumper.  it has been like this for 3 days.  i have never seen so many cars in my life.
