How many peoples dad actually taught them how to shave

I bought my son his first razor and guided him through the shaving routine. Did a pretty good job for being his mom, if I do say so myself.

my dad did but either he was not a good teacher or i did not listen

because i shaved for years with hot water and now that i use cold water i bleed a lot less.

he showed me a few times but it was not a father son bonding moment!

Mine did.  It was really awkward, standing there trying to shave with him standing next to me offering pointers.  I did most of the learning on my own, trial and error (a lot of error at first, lol)
