How many pieces of chicken per person when doing a count for party?

i think 2-3 pieces each. well it really depends on how much your people eat. if u no they like to eat, buy 2 to 3 for each guest.

1 thigh 2 legs per person, remember it's better to get too much then not enough.

WELL I USUALLY DO ALOT B/C OF THE KIDS BUT 2 A PIECE WOULD WORK AND I'D DO LEGS OR WINGS.  WHY NOT BARCUE WINGS OR EVEN LEGS.

1.5 per person. This is a good guide to use for most party food, as some ppl will have one, and others will have 2, so it averages out.

Depends on what else is being served but 2-3 should be about right.

assuming the guests are adults, and roughly 50/50 male/female, I would say 3 per person since legs and thighs are not all that large. If ordering b*****s also, you might get away with 2.5.

Also depends on what sides you are having.

it depends on the recipe/ingredients. perhaps 5 legs per person. it also depends on how much your friends eat.
