How many pizzas would a pizza shop sell on a saturday or sunday night?

My mate wants to open a pizza shop in melbourne but has no idea how many pizzas would be made in a night.

This is a pretty ambiguous question...how many other pizza joints are there in area?  Is your friend's pizza any good?  How expensive is it?  How quick is it?  Is it delivered?  I'm sure there are lots of other questions to be factored in, but these are a few.  

But, if i had to venture a guess, i would say your friend would sell 174 pizzas on a Saturday/Sunday night between any given 6pm to 10pm time period...:P

It depends on the area it's built and if they're other pizza/ resturants in the area.

Probably 50-100 depending on the various factors
