Ever so many.  Maidenhead comes to mind whereas Liverpool appeals further down.  Anywhere with the Germanic word 'ham' on the end could be taken as a reference to the upper leg, and there are vast numbers of those.  An even more obvious role can be played by the 'chest' of Chester or, to risk being sexist, Manchester.  Handsworth shouldn't be thrown aside.  And then there's my home town, Bournemouth.  My mouth was born there, thus the name.  There are more 'mouths' all along the coasts.
