Where have you been that's worth mentioning?

I've been to:

1. Numerous places around Arizona, including the Grand Canyon and Tombstone (since I'm a native)

2. Las Vegas, Nevada

3. Fremont and San Fransisco, California

4. Warez, Mexico

5. Albuquerque, New Mexico

I need to get out of the west!

Also- what was your FAVORITE place you've been to out of your list? My favorite is San Fran, hands down. That city is awesome.

Favourite place? Florida. Why? I just love how intense all the different us & caribbean cultures come together, especially in the way of food, people and restuarants. Despite the potpourri, the place is not too 'fast'. Not as rushed as New York, for example.

I am not into excessively materialistic living.  I prefer celebrating life and active living, moderate nightlife, lots of variety as a part of life - i.e. Florida.

Sometime soon I want to visit Europe, Australia and Asia. L.A. is also on my list of places to visit.

  3. Colorado Springs, CO

    Las Vegas, NV

    New York City, NY

    Los Angeles, CA

    Savannah, GA

    Orlando,  FL

    Miami, FL

    St. Thomas USVI

    Nassau, Bahamas

    Mexico City , Mexico

    Caracas, Venezuela

    Bogota, Colombia

    Frankfurt, Germany

    Buenos Aires, Argentina

My favorite thing about traveling: just being able to do it and very greatful to my mom for doing so. All of the above are my favorites.

  4. Being a professional truck driver, I have traveled more than most.  I have been in 36 of the lower 48 States, as well as to Ireland (on vacation).  I would have to say the nicest place I have been to was Ireland.  My favorite place in the States was New York City.

But all things considered, Michigan beaches are some of the most beautiful and peaceful places you can visit. (on the Great Lakes)

    1) Banff, Canada

    2) Portland, Oregon

    3) Leysin, Switzerland

San Francisco *is* awesome!! :)  It is definitely one of the best cities in the world.

  14. If you want great places to visit on the east coast, go visit Boston, MA/ Quincy,MA. There's almost something to do every day. The trains are always busy, a bit crowded, but still better than driving. Then from there you can take a 4 hour bus ride to New York. Which is a lot busier and crowded, but a lot of great buildings to go visit.

To get to the top of the Rockefeller for 4 people, it was around $98 to give you an idea of the cost. But the views you can get from the top, day or night is quite worth it.
