  1. i'd assume that most stars have one.

at least most stars that don't have close twins.

maybe if you want to be conservative, count stars and divide by 2-3-4, etc.

and the answer then would be many trillions.

  2. As many as there are stars, black holes, white dwarfs and neutron stars combined.  In the trillions I would probably say.

  3. probably a lot.

we have good evidence of about 200 not too distant, as star distances go.

this is added tremendously to our knowledge of how planetary systems mature, although its really thrown a monkey wrench into the whole "So Daddy, how did the Solar System form?" question.

  4. trillions look at youtube.com hubble long range view

  5. Nobody knows. Mankind will probably never know.

The universe is larger than anyone could ever begin to comprehend.

  6. Most of the stars you see in the sky have debris (usually forms into planets) orbiting around them.

There are trillions of stars in the sky.  The Universe is incredibly big, and expanding all the time.

In some solar systems, there are two stars actually orbiting each other!  These are called binary stars.

There are millions of solar systems in our galaxy, the Milky Way.  There are trillions of galaxies in the Universe.

    Hope I helped.

  7. thousands/millions    we don't know the end of space so the number of planets out there could be endless as well.

  8. Over 230 other stars (so far) have been found to have planets.  We don't see the planets, but we do detect their presence by doppler shift analysis and light variation studies.

    There've got to be many.

  9. just as much men u do at the same time
