How many plants and trees are mentioned in the bible, and what kind of bush was "the burning bush"?

I don't know how many, but I do know that the burning bush was an angel (see verse 2)

Clearly, the passage does not indicate the species of the bush (assuming that the angel was appearing in the midst of an actual bush, and was not in the form of a burning bush).
