There are 15 open positions, 9 of them will be starters, and you must start the following positions: 1 QB, 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF. What replacements should I draft? and in what order should I draft all of them?

  1. RB, RB, QB, WR, WR, QB, DEF, RB, TE, WR, K, WR, RB, TE, DEF

  2. you should have minimum 1 extra qb 2 extra rb, 2 extra wr, and then 1 extra te or another rb, me i'd probably grab another rb.  The thing is for byes, you can always find a def or k or even tight end to grab for a one week fill in.  You need to build depth at rb and wr, these are positions where later you probably wont find any available for pick up.

  3. Don't pin yourself down to a draft order.  That doesn't take into account anything doing with human tendencies.  If the first 11 people have picked RB using the same format you did, you don't pick the 12th best RB.  You pick the Best QB and Best WR.  Ask the people who did that last year and had Brady/Moss how life was.

As far as replacements, 1 QB, 2 RBs, 2WRs, and a flex.  By flex I mean someone to sub for your weakest position.  If you have Witten at TE, it does you little good to carry a 2nd TE for one bye week. For Defense...wait till your bye week happens and then look for the best matchup in FA defenses.

My super sleeper pick is Ray Rice.  McGahee isn't doing much right now...draft him towards the end of the draft.  He is getting more notice each week and McGahee is already hurting.

  4. 1 extra for each position to cover the bye weeks.
