a 6 inch sub at subway will turkey american cheese lettuse and mayonase on it. how many points would that be? help!

That would be approximately 13 points.  You can cut down the calories by leaving off the mayo and cheese.

You should skip the mayo and the cheese. That's adding points you don't need. If you would get it without the mayo and cheese on wheat it would only be 5pts.
