How many pounds can lose if i only eat diner and fruit ? ?

So that's about 500 - 1000 calories a day ...

Plus jog an hour a day ?

    I did it by eating  a piece of fruit or vegetable every 2 hours all day until I ate dinner.



    I lost strength (went from benchpressing 325 for reps to only using 315) but only until i started eating normal again.

  5. You will not feel good. First of all, you will gain back all the weight you lost when you go back to eating normal. Too loose weight you must eat 4-6 small (about 300 calorie or more) meals per day. Fruit is only good in MODERATION. The amount of sugar in a lot of fruit is very high and will give you lots of energy for a bit and then you will crash.

    A better option would be to eat a big breakfast adn then small lunch and supper and some snacks in between

  6. if you dont eat, your metabolism slows down. Just eat regularly but not excesively each time. If you only eat dinner your going to be really hungry and eat alot. thats gonna make you fat

  7. Big NO! That is unhealthy and dangerous in the long run.  Such anorexic behavior can result in long term damage to your organs and other bodily systems.  

    Eat only 'good' foods. Always have broth/bouillon and a green salad with balsamic vinegar (or lemon) and herb sprinkle. Eat smaller portions of lean meats/fish/chicken...you know the drill.  You would have a hard time eating too many (steamed/nuked) vegetables - and they fill you up!

    DON'T do harm to the body you will have to live with the rest of your life - especially for a short term goal.

  8. dont be silly...eat 5 small healthy meals a day...dont do any stupid diets because the weight will come back after you get off it...change your lifestyle for good. do cardio and toning exercises in moderation 5 days a week...2 cheat meals a week is ok...drink enough water...dont be lazy!

  9. You should stretch your calories accross three solid small meals.  Skipping a meal, will only make you overeat at the meal that you do eat.
