Ahh! I'm soooo upset. I gained 50 pounds during my pregnancy. I was 130lb before and 180lb after. Now 5 weeks postpartum i only lost 30 pounds. How soon will I loose it all? Oh and do stretchmarks ever disappear? I have the ones from being pregnant and getting more from shrinking!!!!!

  1. Had a baby boy 2 weeks and 2 days ago, lost 3 pounds during pregnancy, and after pregnancy, after taking 2 water pills (Prescribed) and 2 blood pressure pills (prescribed) a day, I lost 27 pounds since July 1...:)  so now I am 30 pounds less than when I got pregnant, its AwesOME!  (my doctor had me weighed twice, and also had a nurse confirm that my face and body looked smaller than at my other appointments) And I had a healthy, 8lb, 7oz. little boy, and NO, I didn't starve myself during pregnancy, ate what I normally ate while not pregnant, I was just very very lucky!

  2. well before i even got preggo i was 125 then when i was 9 months i was 175 and after him I was 155 i then lost 16 pounds in 2 months and gained 25 later. i was 160 when i decided to get in a serious diet and i lost 25 pounds i was 135 in march of this year and i already gained so know im 145 but im trying to loss them and my son is 3 years old already...

  3. i weighed 96lbs (im 5'0 btw) and i weighed 145 the day i had my baby i now weigh 98 lbs and my son is 3 yrs old i alost my weight completely without going on a strict diet and working out 3 times a week it took me a year so if you are more set on a faster way then exercise more and diet.

  4. Losing 30 pounds is great. The rest of the weight was not from the baby and that is why it is harder to get off, I am amazed you have lost 30 in 5 weeks. Stretch marks will fade in color but they never disappear, sorry.
