  1. Usually a pound per gallon, but if you don't want to you don't have to put any gravel in, it's all preference.


  2. hi i am a Marine Boilogist, you don't need a certain weight of gavel it just needs to be 2" from the bottom. and sloping from the back of the tank to the front, so the waste can run down to the front! enjoy! =]
