  1. your weight is the weight you should be for your age and height.  


  2. It depends on your body but I would lose about 10-15 lbs if I were you! Make sure it's healthy though ;)

  4. if by skinny you mean, bikini skinny.. you gotta be 115 or 110 at max.

    i know its hard i got the same goals too, im 14, 5"5 and 133 lbs.

  5. i have no idea how to really answer that, all i know is a vegan diet, with the right nutrients and eating right, you end up at 10% or less body fat, which is very healthy to have.

    weight, for all we know online you could be all muscle and no fat at 138, which then you are skinny.

    edit: why do people, more so girls, always think that weight is by any means an actual way to measure your health.

    edit2: well thats very good for you, then odds are you are skinny. If you are a vegan for any kind of real time, you should be below 10% body fat, and therefore skinny.

    you women are harder on yourself than any man is. What dont want dangling fat, if your fat is firm, that is prefered. My friend said it best, we want our women firm yet squishy. Most of those model thin, i dont even look at. My wife points them out to me. h**l one was topless while i was on vacation, and i didn't even notice her. There is such a thing as too skinny.
