  3. Your BMI is 23. For your height you should be between 18.5 and 24.9. You are healthy. Those saying you need to lose weight are in cloud cuckoo land.

    A good thing would be to mantain a healthy diet and regular cardiovascular exercise, without focussing on losing weight. If you wanted to tone up then try squats, lunges, crunches, maybe even try some weights. Bear in mind though that by toning you will replace fat with muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat so you may find your weight may increase very slightly. One thing is for sure - you dont need to lose weight as you are not overweight. Do whats right for your health and your wellbeing. :-)

If you want to lose any weight, 5%-10% of your current body weight is a reasonable, healthy and safe goal, but just keep in mind that you are not overweight and if you are content with yourself you have no reason to lose weight at all :)
