Hello! :) My name is Ribs, 12 years old, and I am exactly 5 inches tall, weighing at about 105 pounds. As you may already know, it is almost the end of Summer 2008, and my school is starting on the 2nd day of September.
It's not like I have been procrastinating all summer, it's just that finding a good way to lose weight fast and keeping it off got me diet-shifting often, which really didn't help! Lol.
So anyways, I guess with my deadline almost closing in, I have no choice but to follow a strict, healthy diet and do aerobic excersize for 30 minutes each day.
I decided to follow the Atkin's diet, and for a person my height and weight, about how many pounds will I be losing?
By the way, my daily carbohydrate intake will be 10 grams or so.
Please help, I swear, I will love you forever! (:
Oh, and to the people who think that I should be enjoying my youthful days instead of dieting -- thanks, but that just isn't the case anymore, with all the media and peer pressure and stuff! Plus, I bought a lot of cute clothes and I want to actually look good in them. ;D
