How many pounds will i loose if i go on the negative calorie diet for 10 days?

you know...only eating the foods that need calories to be digested. nice and simple plz

  1. All food takes calories to be digested.  There is no such thing as a "negative calorie" food.  Eat the kinds of low-calorie foods the diet recommends and you will lose mostly muscle (due to lack of dietary protein) and slow down your metabolism.  You are better off eating a healthy diet with plenty of meat, veggies, and dairy of at least 1200 calories per day, 1500 if you are a teen and still growing.  Otherwise you are only going to hurt your metabolism and make all diets less effective for you.


  2. That's a scam diet and what you lose will come back fast. Aren't you a little young to be married? Don't worry about the weight worry about the fitness. Get your Cardio going and it will work out.
