  1. just keep up with these efforts for life...you will remain slim and thats the most important thing for you...

  2. If you can stick to that plan, you may lose some weight for a while and then get tired of it and go back to your old habits. Get some better tips here-

  3. I think you sound like a great weight but if you want to lose it you can. When you first start exercising you lose mostly water, and you lose that quickly but after that...you start losing fat and that takes a lot more time to lose.

  4. Don't base your "weight loss" so much on the scale - because it fluctuates so much on a daily basis (water weight, a big lunch, whatever). I think you should measure it by the way your clothes fit you. There's a really great site SparkPeople.com where it'll give you suggestions on meals, great exercise moves and you can even count your calories - plus it's a real motivator to keep you going! Try it and I think it'll help a lot!

    Good luck!

  5. While I can't give you an exact answer for your question I have some useful advice. Whatever you do, don't try to lose the lbs too fast by going on a no carbs diets. I lost 12-14lbs in about two weeks...it worked, but girl, by the time I was at phase 3 three in the diet, I put all the weight back on...and then some. Just join a gym or something. It might take a little longer but it's worth it. You won't only look slim and toned, you'll meet some cute guys at the same time.

  6. I was the same height and weight when I was 14 also. I started running and eating between 1200-1500 calories a day. I gave up fried foods, pizza, and candy! I lost about 10 pounds very easy. Than I worked my butt off and lost another 3 pounds and found myself at a very healthy 122.5. I stayed that same weight until I was 19. Once I hit 19 I lost about 3.5 more pounds and I am now 22 and currently 119!
