Nostradamus made a great many. Whether they actually happened later is a matter of opinion, not fact.  Because he wrote his predictions in a vague way, one may argue that they referred to any number of actual historical events - or not.

He made thousands, but there is the problem.  When you make a lot of "predictions", especially those that are vague, someone can always claim that some future event was foretold.  He just "threw out a bunch of stuff" and SOME of it had to resemble SOMETHING that later took place.  If someone wants to make a true prediction, then they should get more detail in order to state EXACTLY what is going to take place, then I might believe in them.
