  1. mi chihuahua had 5

  2. Unless you are a professional breeder you dog shouldn't have had any.

When my mother was a breeder in total from 3 litters 27

  3. 0  because I dont let my dogs contribute to the over population problem!

Spaying does NOT make a dog fat!  Lack of exercize and over feeding makes a dog fat.  I know plenty of altered dogs who are fit and at their ideal weight.

I also spay and neuter so I dont put my pets at risk for cancer and uterine infections.

  4. oh I know I got my chi fixed when she was with babies she was 6lbs with out 5lbs now fixed 8.4lbs...I had a lab mix when I was a kid she had 17 pups at one time my mom and dad was like wtf how did she have so many and the vet was like wow.

  5. None. My dog has never sired a litter and never will. I'm a responsible pet owner. He is neutered. He is not a good example of his breed, and he's just pet quality. Not to mention, I don't have the time or money to devote to responsible breeding, so I refuse to add more puppies to the world.

Spaying a dog does not make them fat. I know many spayed dogs, and none are overweight.

  6. none.

However, i have fostered several litters from BYB idiots like yourself....

please, STOP making people like ME clean up YOUR irresponsible messes.

  7. None - my 4 dogs are all spayed and/or neutered...

NONE OF THEM ARE FAT.... that's a crock!!! Watch what they eat one no-one gets fat! It's a myth that they get fat...it's the excuse that dog owners use when they don't watch the diet!

By the way...I assume you are breeding papered/genetically tested dogs with health guarantees????

  8. Zero. I'm not interested in adding any more APBTs into this world while all the rescues and shelters near me are packed with them.

  9. 0 get your dog spayed

  10. My bulldog had 10. Then when I was a child my dad had a dog that had 12. At the age of 8 that was the coolest thing ever.

  11. Bred - 0

Rescued from the shelter after irresponsible people bred them - 4

  12. spaying does NOT make them fat. lazy owners make them fat.

and i'm a responsible pet parent. i love my dogs. so i get them spayed and neutered.

besides, i WILL NOT add to the over crowded shelters.

those 13 pups you found homes for, thats 13 pups that had to die instead of being adopted.

    GOOD FOR YOU!

  13. ) I have a 9 year old female and a 1 1/2 year old male. They were both fixed at the appropriate age.

Be a responsible pet owner - neuter or spay.

  14. Zero. My dog doesn't fit the breed standard, so she's spayed.

Spaying a female doesn't make her fat, that's a myth.

    .

  15. 0 I'm not a breeder--and don't intend to be.

My mother was telling me horror stories about how she used to breed dogs, and couldnt find them homes, so she sold them to a pet store. She said the pet store puppies found better homes (like she knows) because people apparantly couldnt keep the puppies and had to give them to the shelter.

I shook my head in shame. So many things wrong there--like we need a repeat.

  16. It makes them fat?

    OMG?

REALLY? Cause I've had umpteen dogs spayed and NONE of them have been overweight. Educate yourself, maybe you won't look like a douche bag next time.

  17. Number of puppies: 0

Because my family is a family of responsible pet owners and we had her spayed. Guess what? She didn't end up fat either! Amazing isn't it? Way to perpetuate a complete myth. The only way dogs end up fat is through overfeeding and lack of exercise, which is the fault of the owner.

Number of dogs obtained through rescue: 1 (He already came neutered, but if he wasn't, we'd of gotten him done anyway. Amazing isn't it?)

  18. ZERO.

I'm a responsible dog owner who loves my animals.

I'd NEVER put them through breeding for my own entertainment or gain.

    Its selfish and cruel.

Get your pet spayed and stop abusing her. Its incredibly hard on their bodies to continue mating. It saps ALL nutrients from her body and is LITERALLY shortening her life span.

ADD> LMFAO. Spaying makes them fat. You have NOT been breeding professionally. You're a back yard breeder. All breeders (and most intelligent people) know that reducing hormones and removing sexual desires in dogs doesn't make them fat.

My pets are all spayed and neutered. Not fat. Max holds the record for fastest dog on our fly ball team. Roxy holds the fastest time for clearing a 15 obstacle course.

  19. My german shepard/lab had 7 one dies that's the most my dog gotten. We given them all away to loving families

  20. We're pretty sure my dog has had puppies before, but we don't know how many.  I've heard of dogs having only 1 puppy.

ADD:  Spaying/neutering is NEVER the cause of an overweight dog.  That's the sign of an idiot that is made their dog is fixed.

  21. Shes had 0. We spayed her....we were going to breed her because she is a really good looking Yellow (Field)Labrador Retriever. But she had a slight hop in her right back leg and we didnt want to risk her pups having hip problems, even though the vets thought she was fine...

  22. My irish setter I had as a child came from a litter of 15.  I do hope you are a breeder only breeding championed dogs.  Too many dogs wind up it shelters.

  23. my lab/greyhounds one and only litter had 10.

    one died though : [

edit: i love how all the people who have dogs that had puppies have atleast one thumbs down. just because a dog has a litter or so does not mean the owner is irresponsible. get over yourselves. seriously.

  24. My dog had one litter, before I realized that I should leave it to professionals.

15 pups, 1 litter.  7 females, 8 males.  0 deaths.  Mastitis, and anemia in my dam.

  25. my dog had 12 and they all got rich and nice loving families

  26. The biggest litter I have ever had was 5 puppies.

And, a bunch of my dogs a Spayed. All my retired CH are Spayed/Neutered. And all my "pet" dogs are Spayed/Neutered.

And NONE of them are overweight.

The only reason a dog ever gets fat is the carelessness of the owner.

  27. None. I've been a responsible owner and had my b*tch spayed.

If I wanted her to have puppies, I would of made sure she is a perfect example of her breed, completely healthy, and I would of shown her and would not of bred her until she won some titles.

But I never would of bred her anyway, as she is a Mutt, and we don't need any more Mutts living a lonely, sad life in shelters, now do we?
