  1. Like there aren't enough whippets already looking for homes. So sad

  2. it depends on what breed of dog she is

  3. Go to the vet and they can take x-ray pictures of your whippet.

  4. my mom owns pups unlimeted and ive seen almost everydog bred and delvered more puppies then u can imagine it takes rouphly 63 days after the dog is bred for the puppes to be delivered it depends how big your dod is but we have breed sevral of theese breeds i honetly beleave you can expets anywere from 4 to 7 puppies

  5. abot 6 to 8

  6. I'm sorry, i gave you my best answer last time.

A better question would be, "Are you ready?"  Have you studied up?  Is your vet ready?"  Not all puppies are born alive or breathing and need assistance. Are you ready?

  7. Don't count the chicks till they hatch. =)

  8. About 4 to 6..

  9. well lets see usally it depends on size,

    small dog: 1-3

    medium dog: 3-5

    large dog: 5-9

  10. My beagle had gotten pregnant, it was her first litter and she had eight beautiful puppies.

  11. sometimes they can have a litter up to 6 puppies, so any number between there

  12. Whatever the XRay said...

However, my Whippet came from a litter of 11.  Her mom had 1 litter of 11 and 1 litter of 12.  Her mom came from a litter of 12 herself.

Whippets re a very hard breed to sell, even for established breeders, which is why my Champion girl was spayed once I got her Championship.  Be prepared to either cull or be stuck with puppies for quite awhile.

  13. usually up to 6.. But it could be well over, or well under.. You never know. Expect somewhere around 6.. Good luck

  14. Anywhere from 0 to 20.

If you want to be sure she's pregnant, and get an estimate on how many puppies she has, take her to your vet and have an ultrasound done.

  15. Shouldn't even be a first time

the average is 6 but she can have above or below that. It depends on how many eggs her body released during her heat cycle. The only ways to know for sure are an ultrasound and x-ray from the vet.
